Workspace Setup

Workspace Setup is the configuration hub for your workspace. It is where you connect a custom domain, configure your email sending settings, toggle optional features on or off, and complete the initial steps required to get the workspace fully operational.

Reach for Workspace Setup during initial onboarding or whenever you need to change how the workspace is configured — enabling a new feature, updating the workspace's display name, or reconnecting email records after a domain change. It is the control panel for the workspace itself, distinct from per-user settings, which live in the Settings surface.

Open Workspace Setup from the sidebar (under the admin section, labeled Setup). The page is organized into sections: General (workspace name and logo), Domain (custom domain connection and DNS record status), Email (sending domain configuration via Resend), and Features (feature flag toggles for optional surfaces such as Booking, Invoicing, Docs, and Loyalty). Work through each section in order during initial setup. DNS and email records show their current verification status — a green check means the record is valid, a warning means it needs attention. Use the Re-check button after updating DNS records to refresh the status without waiting for the next scheduled check.
