Docs
Docs is the workspace knowledge base feature. It lets you create and publish collections of articles that are accessible to your team, your clients, or anyone with the link. Each collection is a named group of pages organized in a hierarchy, served at your workspace's public docs URL.
Use Docs when you want to publish reference material, onboarding guides, process documentation, or any structured content that people need to read repeatedly. It replaces the need for a separate documentation tool or shared folder of unformatted notes — content is authored in the studio portal, versioned, and served through a clean reading experience. Collections can be set to public (anyone can read) or internal (workspace members only), so you can maintain private process docs alongside a public help center in the same tool.
Open Docs from the sidebar (requires the docs feature flag to be enabled for your workspace). To create a new collection, click New Collection, give it a name and slug, choose a visibility setting, and save. Inside the collection, click Add Page to create the first article. Write content in the markdown editor and click Publish to make it visible. Pages can be nested one level deep — create a parent page first, then add child pages under it. To reorder pages, drag them in the left rail. The collection's public URL follows the pattern your-workspace-domain/docs/your-collection-slug.
