Features

Features is the workspace feedback and feature-request board, built on the Fortress system. It lets workspace members submit ideas, report issues, and vote on what matters most. Administrators can organize requests into categories, manage the roadmap runway, and coordinate schema migrations from this surface.

Use Features when you want to capture ideas from the team, track what work is planned or in progress, or give workspace members a structured way to surface requests rather than communicating them ad-hoc. The board keeps the team aligned on priorities and provides a record of decisions made and features shipped.

Open Features from the sidebar. The board view lists submitted items grouped by status. Click any item to open its detail view, where you can see votes, comments, and any linked work. To submit a new item, click New Request, describe the idea or issue, and choose the appropriate category. To vote on an item, click the upvote button on its card. Administrators can drag items between status columns or use the Runway tab to see a prioritized view of planned work. The Categories tab lets admins create and rename the groupings used to organize requests.
